Tuesday: LoveYourComments on top of Wednesday Yoga

Hey,

For the last six years I have been privileged to participate in a program called 'Spoleto Study Abroad', it's an American program set in beautiful Umbria, Italy for talented teenagers who are classical musicians, some actors or creative writers, and some who are painters. I have been blessed with a kind of 'carte blanche' curriculum. I teach a class called Creative Foundations, where I apply techniques designed to enhance creative focus in the student...from Yoga, to Alexander Technique, to breathing exercises and meditation. My students learn to identify there unconscious language of symbols and archetypes by a very deliberate form of visualization through meditation. All this Amansha has given me... and I am so thankful to Jill and Lorenzo Muti (as well as Raul) for this great opportunity.

This week I have a comment from Kendra, a past Spoleto student of mine. She sent an amazing message.

Thanks Kendra!
Always remember, you can email me at ovniman@gmail.com

DAVID! This is Kendra (from spoleto like 3 years ago). I figured this was a better way to contact you than email because I think you check it more often. Anyway, I was reading the NYTimes website yesterday and came across this picture of the Tikal ruins in the travel section. Do you remember that first guided meditation we did where I met my spirit guide and then blacked out? And I met him at some kind of mayan temple? It's the temple at Tikal. I'd never seen it before except there. What do you think that means?

Also, I miss you and have so much to tell you! You should email me!

~Kendra
