I will sign off this week with a quote from 'A Course in Miracles'.
Thanks to my partner Raul for this very appropriate passage.
Have a great and sharing rest of the weekend.
COURSE IN MIRACLES
No one can doubt that you must first possess what you would give. No
one can give unless he has. In fact, giving is proof of having.
Having had and given, then the world asserts that you have lost what
you possessed. The truth maintains that giving will increase what you
possess. You do not lack for proof that when you give ideas away, you
strengthen them in your own mind. Ideas must first belong to you,
before you give them.
Give gladly. You can only gain thereby. The thought remains, and
grows in strength as it is reinforced by giving. Thoughts extend as
they are shared, for they cannot be lost.
Never forget you give but to yourself.
Who understands what giving means must laugh at the idea of sacrifice.
Sacrifice is an idea so mad that sanity dismisses it at once. Never
believe that you can sacrifice. Given first to you, it now is yours
to give as well. There is no place for sacrifice in what has any
value.

Shirley MacLaine on aliens
Welcome to Fringe Friday. After a lot of thought as to what to show, from ghosts to Mayan prophecies and beyond, I thought what a better way than to usher in this first Fringe Friday with Shirley. After my first remembered UFO experience at the age of 12, I never knew quite how to look for information that might further expand my awareness. At the age of 15 I began studying astrology with merely a simple yet skeptical curiosity...it has never disappointed me, for better or worse. At the age of 18 I happened upon Shirley's first book, "Out On a Limb". Well, needless to say, I was certainly on my way. The child psychic had finally found a mentor.
She has been so courageous in her endeavors to bring more light into the world, at a time when reincarnation and UFO's were not as chic as they might be today. So without further ado, enjoy.

Maybe they are down....so if tomorrow you come upon my blog and find a chaos of posts and videos....make the best of it, and I promise to straighten it out.
Perhaps today is just not the day for it. Forgive me...we'll try tomorrow.

Thursday'sTempleTips
Green Tea-
I love it iced and decaff with lemon and stevia...ok I admit sometimes I use splenda...or no sweetener at all.
Read on about how great this tea is.
The steady stream of good news about green tea is getting so hard to
ignore that even java junkies are beginning to sip mugs of the
deceptively delicate brew. You'd think the daily dose of
disease-fighting, inflammation-squelching antioxidants - long linked
with heart protection - would be enough incentive, but wait, there's
more! Lots more.
CUT YOUR CANCER RISK
Several polyphenols - the potent antioxidants green tea's famous for -
seem to help keep cancer cells from gaining a foothold in the body, by
discouraging their growth and then squelching the creation of new
blood vessels that tumors need to thrive. Study after study has found
that people who regularly drink green tea reduce their risk of breast,
stomach, esophagus, colon, and/or prostate cancer.
SOOTHE YOUR SKIN
Got a cut, scrape, or bite, and a little leftover green tea? Soak a
cotton pad in it. The tea is a natural antiseptic that relieves
itching and swelling. Try it on inflamed breakouts and blemishes,
sunburns, even puffy eyelids. And that's not all. In the lab, green
tea helps block sun-triggered skin cancer, whether you drink it or
apply it directly to the skin - which is why you're seeing green tea
in more and more sunscreens and moisturizers.
STEADY YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
Having healthy blood pressure - meaning below 120/80 - is one thing.
Keeping it that way is quite another. But people who sip just half a
cup a day are almost 50 percent less likely to wind up with
hypertension than non-drinkers. Credit goes to the polyphenols again
(especially one known as ECGC). They help keep blood vessels from
contracting and raising blood pressure.
PROTECT YOUR MEMORY, OR YOUR MOM'S
Green tea may also keep the brain from turning fuzzy. Getting-up-there
adults who drink at least two cups a day are half as likely to develop
cognitive problems as those who drink less. Why? It appears that the
tea's big dose of antioxidants fights the free-radical damage to brain
nerves seen in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
STAY YOUNG
The younger and healthier your arteries are, the younger and healthier
you are. So fight plaque build-up in your blood vessels, which ups the
risk of heart disease and stroke, adds years to your biological age
(or RealAge), and saps your energy too. How much green tea does this
vital job take? About 10 ounces a day, which also deters your body
from absorbing artery-clogging fat and cholesterol.
LOSE WEIGHT
Oh yeah, one more thing. Turns out that green tea speeds up your
body's calorie-burning process. In the every-little-bit-counts
department, this is good news!
have a great day

Wednesday Yoga
Amansha Yoga has a lot of similarities to Bikram's Hot Yoga. I'd say that the yoga Amansha taught me to teach combines Bikram, Ashtanga and even some Kundalini Yoga practices. Currently, I am teaching Amansha Yoga in the Dominican Republic.
I teach a very specific attention to the breath that creates heat throughout the body much like hot yoga. Amansha's intention is to strengthen the aura through the guided breath, similar to Pranayama.
Years ago She predicted that after the year 2000, solar flares would be increasing. And she is right. The increasing atmospheric radiation, climate changes, and the discovery of another very large body in our solar system, all combine transformative energies that will be challenging to our nervous systems on a chromosomal level.
Amansha yoga strengthens not only the aura, but also the immune system. Like Bikram's yoga, it helps balance blood gases, pressure, and assists in the purging of toxins through the lymphatic system. Dormant properties of the endocrine system are thus stimulated.
Amansha's primary goal is to open wide the heart chakra, thus stimulating the hand chakras for healing and cleansing of self and others. She states that many can be enlightened and aware on a psychic level, though still be bypassing the heart chakra. Connecting all chakras in alignment opens the dormant filaments of our genes and connects us with higher dimensions of awarenes, what some might call 'ascension'.
If we can strengthen our auric shields and create 5th dimensional tetrahedrons (for starters) within the egg shape of our auras, then we can handle the dramatic energetic changes this Earth is passing through.
Many of my students begin seeing colors of their own energy spheres as well energy around their classmates. Many begin to tap into communication with own guides by receiving archetypal images.
I then assist them in understanding what process they are by the colors and archetypes they receive and perceive.
There is a huge galactic community waiting for us.
Enough blabbing for today.
Check out Bikram Yoga below.

Tuesday: LoveYourComments
On December 6th, Virginia wrote:
"There seems to be so much anger these days. In fact it seems that boisterous, prejudiced opinions that attempt to 'be right(eous)' have replaced thoughtful, intellectual discussion that aims to recover the truth. What would She say to help us find a way to know love more in our debate toward truth?"
"My Darling, past time focus is what creates the projection of non-here or non NOW perspective. The truth lies where one believes that their own experience or realization exists. Why would one seek peace when they believe that their tranquility exists in another place...a future possibility of expectations that are projected through a vortex of non self-loving desire? Or a past trauma that is regarded with a belly full of blame?
One's own personal truth is projected in bombardment on a Planet where unity is more alien than I could ever be.
Silence brings truth through progressive reflection. Progressive reflection is the deliberate act to KLM. Certain glands in the brain respond to chemicals that this directed thought stimulates in the unconscious portion of the brain.
Where water always seeks it's own level, LIGHT seeks it's own dimension. Once you push the 'Love for truth of self' button...boisterous mechanics and dynamics of unconscious reactive ego driven attitudes are replaced by thoughtful INTENTION (to coin your word thought-ful, which is the magic! word of your question) , one finds that answers are within...truth is the very light that we seek. The channel is the Love frequency. Ask yourself this...were we not all at our most truthful as babies?
A child's smile is genuine in pursuit of it's own SELF-ISH truth. Thank God for that, yes?
Can we laugh in zeal and excitement?
Can we know our JOY?
Does a reactive baby speak it's truth from a time focused awareness? Or is it speaking or reacting form it's present focus perspective.(How many still remain in happy 'baby mode'?)
As we aquire knowledge, must we dismiss present HERE awareness in light of past experience? Or can we Realize a new movement toward a new experience. We can be as children once again...new to all we feel and see... constantly in a non-time focus.
All emotions, from anger to joy are part of this planetary experience. But they are mere tools to advancement for self-actualization. What is your truth?
The vibration of any one physical entity that lives in KLM, can walk into a room and change the frequency, so that no boisterous thrust of fear-filled ego can dominate the atmosphere. That is a promise and your birthright.
Chaos of non HERE perspective cannot live in LOVE... and cannot live in HEART-felt truth."
Thank you, we are here...love is here.
That was an Amansha Channeled Message
Thanks for the question Virginia

AmanshaSessionQuotes
Hello, today is the beginning of the new format for this blog. I will do my best to keep the flow. Monday's are for drafts from Amansha's channeled sessions. I think it only appropriate to expand on the previous posts with the following.
Tomorrow is the day set for comment responses.
Enjoy.
Love is the pure energy of gratitude and appreciation; it is feeling beyond mere emotion, the very force that holds together all molecular structure and vibratory fields of dimension. It is the frequency that is in a state of constant creation in true unconscious faith through which the autonomic systems of our bodies function.
It is the vibratory frequency through which we manifest ourselves onto our world.
Love is our true fuel and sustenance. Loving ourselves totally allows a thorough function of channeled alignment with our source self, consequently allowing a complete self-actualization.
To truly know something is to make it a part of yourself through realization. Realization is the first step to manifestation because you bring awareness into your auric shield and assimilate the energy of it into your being. In realizing something, you “open doors you cannot close.” For manifestation of any desire or realization, it is in our best interest to visualize with zeal and excitement.
Mind you, all that you manifest (being pleasant or unpleasant for you) is through a belief system of integrated manifestations that you have brought into your awareness. Those belief systems will live and grow, seeking manifestation through your feelings, zeal or not, consciously or not.
It behooves one to choose to appreciate all in a state of knowing love more and demonstrate her personal power by maneuvering acquired belief systems for ultimate productive manifestation.
When you realize that all is the frequency of love, and that by one’s very nature she seeks to assimilate, interpret, discern, and create, you realize that you then have power to manifest more consciously from a high frequency vibration of zeal and excitement.
Realize now that all you need to do is KLM. Make everything you do a conscious act of knowing love more. That is equivalent to sending out constant appreciation and gratitude to everything and everyone. No exceptions.
How will you choose to know love more and therefore realize what you can now integrate into your being? How will you process your fuel of love for manifestation of highest alignment with your ultimate self?
GOING HOME IS KLM
SAYING HELLO IS KLM
POURING A CUP OF COFFEE IS KLM
DECIDING TO FORGIVE IS KLM
GOING TO WORK IS KLM
PETTING AN ANIMAL IS KLM
MAKING DINNER IS KLM
TURNING A DOORKNOB IS KLM
EVERY LITTLE MOVEMENT AND THOUGHT IS KLM
If the Love Vibration is Sought
The list goes on and on…
FOREVER.
How do we discern what is the Love Vibration…or perhaps better said, for you, Love frequency?
How do you feel in that thought?
Choose to feel good.
How do you know if feeling good is of the LOVE frequency?
Can it be shared in a way that can teach, nurture, elevate, soothe, or help yourself and/or another?
