Happy Wednesday Yoga!
I know that I've shown a vid about Bikram Yoga before. I am amazed at how the philosophy is very akin to what Amansha has taught me. One difference is that Amansha teaches that the breath alone, with the student in an outdoor warm environment or a well ventilated room of 68 to 72 degrees F in temperature can heat the body to the point of toxin release and photonic body, cellular, and DNA rejuvination. It's all about the breath.
