Then I got the flu...so bed time was all I knew.

Peace to you all.
The Lunar Eclipse of February 20th, 2008
The Full Moon is coming up tomorrow, February 20th, and it will be a lunar eclipse and quite spectacular. It takes place early on Wednesday evening on the west coast, later on the east coast, and in the early morning hours of Thursday on the European continent.
This eclipse is very interesting, both because it is a total lunar eclipse visible throughout North America, and because it takes place in the very early degrees of the earth sign of Virgo, opposite from the Sun's sign of Pisces. The Sun and Moon at the time of the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse will therefore sextile and trine Pluto at the beginning of Capricorn, another earth sign. Wherever Pluto lies in your chart will be lit up, especially if you have any significant planet early in a cardinal sign, earth sign or water sign, since these are all impacted. This means that anyone born near the beginning of Aries (March 21-24) Taurus (April 20-24) Cancer (June 20-24) Virgo (August 20-24) Libra (September 20-24) Scorpio (October 20-24) Capricorn (December 20-24) and Pisces (February 20-24) will be strongly affected.
When you observe the sky with the knowledge of how the planets are impacting your chart, you are practicing a form of "shamanic astrology," when both the symbolic meaning and the simultaneous direct perception of the astrological configuration come into play. The eclipse will begin a little before 6 PM on the west coast (9 PM EST) and will be total an hour later, with totality lasting about 45 minutes. At totality the Moon will turn orange. Watching the eclipse with its symbolic meaning in mind will at least double your enjoyment of this mystical and evocative event, so that you may gain a great deal of insight from reflecting on the possibility of change happening in your life, at this time and in this place.
