Hey...
I am a bit wary about reporting this...
but after all that has happened over the past couple of weeks,
once again, after many years, (regarding UFO stuff)
I woke up this morning and saw, in the mirror, a large round circle of dried blood
outside my right ear and ear lobe.
When I went back to my bed, I found a good size blood stain on my pillow.
I do not have an ear problem.
No allergies.
No sores.
No inner ear or sinus symptoms like vertigo or headaches, etc.
OK...whatever.
Just a most curiouse episode.

UFO - Alien Abductions
I know, this is an episode that's a little bit, 'blast from the past',...but I have experienced much of what you will see.
Have you?
The star being in the triangular hat says it all for me.
It takes me back to my Smokey Mountain Abduction experience in 1987,where I encountered them while traveling one late night with my most healthily open and logically skeptical friend at that time (Susan, I hope you are well).
These beings seemed kind, though acting as if they were on a more clinical mission. Friendly yet cold, if that is possible.
I was later interviewed and recorded by investigators who had a radio show in Cincinnati at that time. (I wish I could remember who they were.) Thanks to a persistent and beloved friend (may he rest in peace) who was sure I needed to publicize this episode, Susan and I agreed to meet with them, while toting drawings of our experience.
Needless to say, they were very impressed and inspired to corroborate our story with a few others who had experienced very similar situations in surrounding areas. I'll never forget the look they gave each other when I told the whole story and handed in my drawings. Imagine, all this occurring in a remote Denny's restaurant in 'who knows where Ohio/Kentucky'.
I later proceeded to write an eleven page letter ton Whitley Strieber. He actually wrote me back asking for more detail. But I then chickened out. The UFO-ologists who interviewed Susan and me were very persistent about putting me under hypnosis in order to retrieve details about the abduction experience. I freaked out. I felt completely overwhelmed. I never returned their calls, and never wrote Whitley back. The latter I, so far, do regret.
This commentary addresses yesterdays Fringe Vid as we as if it were today's.
Should i write a book? Need your COMMENTS!!!!!!
More later.

Thursday'sTempleTips&FirdayFringe
Hello,
Hope all is well. It's been challenging to keep consistent in daily blogging this week. So I'll give you yesterday's 'Love Your Body Temple Tip" below in a vid I think is pretty good. Whenever I follow these 7 basic nutrition practices precisely (and it's not hard), body fat drops, and my energy levels zoom. I have better muscle tone, and better blood sugar levels. Enjoy.
Above is our friday fringe topic. Just watch and ponder, and tomorrow I will offer my insight. Also I still owe you all the remaining 4 cards in the Amansha Card Layout I began for the new year. The first 2 were installed last week.
Take care.

I want to thank Eduardo for his very supportive comment.
It is funny that Altos De Chavon (wherer my APT is) IS such a haunted place, and many here have had varied paranormal experiences, you guessed it, including yours' truly.
It also occurred to me that perhaps somehow the launch of this blog has brought my star being friends back.
Perhaps they were waiting for me to finally stop fearing any opposition or ridicule, for I know they would not invade my own Karmic boundaries.
I know, I know...it all seems like I'm on a roller coaster ride in Delusia-Land.
But i'm just callin' like I sees it....And I have definitley seen it.
Take it or leave it, my loves.
So thanks again Eduardo for your input. Please spread the word!
(here's what he said):
Wow! I have always felt that Altos de Chavon has a strange, otherwordly energy. We both know that strange things happen there on a regular basis as we've experienced them together at times. You can just feel it there in the most palpable sense. But I've always been puzzled that you've never had a UFO experience there with all the experiences you've had elsewhere. Perhaps the fact it is happening now is somehow linked to this blog and your more frequent connection to Amansha.
P.S.: I'm so pleased you started this, David. I check in many times a week and always look forward to new posts. Thank you for sharing Amansha and her benevolent message.

Wednesday Yoga

Amansha especially loves this pose along with Downward Dog Pose. Her Hope is to open our heart Chakras in order to heal and prepare us for the greater radiation we will experience from our Sun as we further enter the photonic belt extension of the central Galactic Sun. This is a long one today.
Read on and enjoy!
Camel Pose
Ustrasana
(oosh-TRAHS-anna)
ustra = camel
Step by Step
Kneel on the floor with your knees hip width and thighs perpendicular to the floor. Rotate your thighs inward slightly, narrow your hip points, and firm but don't harden your buttocks. Imagine that you're drawing your sitting bones up, into your torso. Keep your outer hips as soft as possible. Press your shins and the tops of your feet firmly into floor.
Rest your hands on the back of your pelvis, bases of the palms on the tops of the buttocks, fingers pointing down. Use your hands to spread the back pelvis and lengthen it down through your tail bone. Then lightly firm the tail forward, toward the pubis. Make sure though that your front groins don't "puff" forward. To prevent this, press your front thighs back, countering the forward action of your tail. Inhale and lift your heart by pressing the shoulder blades against your back ribs.
Now lean back against the firmness of the tail bone and shoulder blades. For the time being keep your head up, chin near the sternum, and your hands on the pelvis. Beginners probably won't be able to drop straight back into this pose, touching the hands to the feet simultaneously while keeping the thighs perpendicular to the floor. If you need to, tilt the thighs back a little from the perpendicular and minimally twist to one side to get one hand on the same-side foot. Then press your thighs back to perpendicular, turn your torso back to neutral, and touch the second hand to its foot. If you're not able to touch your feet without compressing your lower back, turn your toes under and elevate your heels.
See that your lower front ribs aren't protruding sharply toward the ceiling, which hardens the belly and compresses the lower back. Release the front ribs and lift the front of the pelvis up, toward the ribs. Then lift the lower back ribs away from the pelvis to keep the lower spine as long as possible. Press your palms firmly against your soles (or heels), with the bases of the palms on the heels and the fingers pointing toward the toes. Turn your arms outwardly so the elbow creases face forward, without squeezing the shoulder blades together. You can keep your neck in a relatively neutral position, neither flexed nor extended, or drop your head back. But be careful not to strain your neck and harden your throat.
Stay in this pose anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute. To exit, bring your hands onto the front of your pelvis, at the hip points. Inhale and lift the head and torso up by pushing the hip points down, toward the floor. If your head is back, lead with your heart to come up, not by jutting the chin toward the ceiling and leading with your brain. Rest in Child's Pose for a few breaths.

Beginner's Tip
Beginners very often aren't able to touch their hands to their feet without straining their back or neck. First, try to turn your toes under and elevate your heels. If this doesn't work, the next thing to do is to rest each hand on a block. Position the blocks just outside each heel, and stand them at their highest height (usually about 9 inches). If you're still having difficulty, get a chair. Kneel for the pose with your back to the chair, with your calves and feet below the seat and the front edge of the seat touching your buttocks. Then lean back and bring your hands to the sides of the seat or high up on the front chair legs.

Modifications and Props
Ustrasana can be a very difficult pose for the neck, especially if your shoulders are tight. You can use a wall as a prop to protect your neck. Prepare for the pose with your back to a wall, with your toes turned under and your soles as close to the wall as possible. Exhale and lean back, as described in step 3 in the main description above. Press the crown of your head into the wall and, against this pressure, lift the shoulder blades deeper into your back. Keep your hands on your pelvis or swing them back to press your palms against the wall.
Thanks to 'Yoga Journal' website for this very thorough explanation.
Peace

Headline&Editorial
Last night, Jan. 13th (OMG) 2008
AS I have explained, I currently live in the tropical beauty of a resort town on the southern coast of the Dominican Republic.
For the past few years I have asked many here if there are ever any UFO sightings, and the usual response I get is "I don't know." After the late 80's and early 90's of amazing experiences, my UFO-seeing life had drawn a complete dry spell.
Then the event of this recent New Year's Eve crept up on me. The healthy skeptic in me ponders and almost rejects it, until my more discerning self concludes, "They're Back!"
Last night, around 7:30, 8:00 Pm, I was riding on my moped up the hill back to my apartment. The sky was starlit, clear, and beautiful. Yet it wasn't as full as, say the Andes Mountains. Nevertheless, the constellation Orion was, as always, strong in the night sky. It's 3 great stars that make up his mythical belt were clear, great and glowing like shiny fruits ready to be plucked from the sky.
But wait, (I slow down my bike) what is this 4th star under the 3rd southward star? I thought, "Hold on, am I nuts? Orion's belt has only 3 descending stars. Wow...here we go again."
Naturally I stopped, pinching myself, quickly looking around and reidentifying my reality about me. I looked back up at this light that was more oval shaped and red-ish orange, while the rest of Orion's belt was the usual white-lime color of the night sky.
Promptly, the 'light' (I say UFO/IFO) began to move, downward on the sky at a slight left-ward angle, then slowly and desicively swaying from left to right in a very dramatic and paced movement, as if drawing the outer boarder of a Christmas tree. It obviously was inteligenty being manipulated.
After moving about 3 'branch' levels down, it more quickly carreend at a further leftward and downward curve.
At this point it turned a more green-blue hue.
Somehow, in my emotional state I knew to speak to it.
I whispered, there standing paused over my bike, hands gripping the handles, "Now you're going to slowly fade out like you used to, aren't you?"
Well, it then promptly expanded in size, began to fade in color from white-green to the palest of white...then faded like morning fog when you catch it dissipating at just the right moment.
In that instant, I felt such an emotional sweep that I became even more emotional.
I was left with an "otherwordly" impression.'
Something was infused into me conveying the following message:
'The window of saving yourselves is getting smaller. Many will suffer. Act now to bring in more Love and Peace. Get ready.'

Monday Amansha Says
I am deciding to continue placing random session quotes, as I am in the process of getting permission from those that have received readings, to allow me to contribute more. I don't want to release any personal information, but Amansha always has something to say that offers insight to all of us. So, the following is yet another tiny exerpt from the book I will publish:
In faith, we release the need to control our external world for we realize that all begins within the self by our beliefs and feelings, by how we process and integrate our knowledge and in turn redirect our vibrations into our HERE, and that’s how you’re creating your reality constantly, such is your identity. To judge your environment as ‘good’ or’ bad’ is to judge what you have allowed to manifest into your life as already integrated belief systems that have become a part of the fabric of your being. When you realize that you are in control of that personal matrix and that in every HERE you have the power to shift it, you live in FHL and Joy. YOU ARE HERE. WE ARE HERE. AND THERE IS ALWAYS LOVE HERE. In your state of Joy there is Peace. Fear can leave, and the past is gone from HERE. The future will take care of itself for it is always up to you now…HERE.
Now you can do many, many things to begin manifesting your dreams, desires, and allow the source self to manage your life experience accordingly. All you need to is VISUALIZE WITH EXCITED “YES!” AND ZEAL. Live and be that Joy so that you can feel excited about Life. If all is a reflection from within, then we can realize what we do, we do to ourselves. How we treat another is a reflection of how we believe we must treat ourselves and thus be treated. How we allow ourselves to be treated represents our self-bestowed thought frequency and how we believe we must be treated. Change the frequency to Joy and we can reach high vibrating self-loving belief systems.
Striking out defensively with ego driven anger will become equal in feeling and frequency to acting out against your self once this realization is integrated.

Here is a lovely vid that I believe says so much in regards to KLM (Knowing Love More). I just realized that Amansha has always asked us to bless every moment in our lives. THAT IS KNOWING LOVE MORE! She asks us to make it conscious.
Why?
Because it will not only lift our vibrational frequencies away from fear, but every bit on our part in this planet's sphere can change the frequency from fear to the Light.
The unconscious mind will respond in kind. It has no sense of humor, thanks to our free will pact, it will respond to you just the way the Universe does, open and honest and authentic to your vibe.
KLM asks us to give up our shit.
THIS IS ALSO REGARDING ABOVE VIDS! I promise to get my order of presentation down. Enjoy.
Peace

The two most important crop circles ever. No joke
Posted by David Holman at Sunday, January 13, 2008 0 comments
FridayFringe
HI!
Okay, I know it's Sunday, but I am going to make up for the two day gap in blogs. It's been a rather challenging week for me.
(Please regard the above VIDS for this Friday Fringe.)
So, this fringe is about crop circles.
I will save time by saying that I truly believe them to be real, not hoaxes. Their complex beauty and profound inherent wisdom serve as not only symbols with penetrating messages, but reminders and assurances that we are definitely not alone. There is NO WAY that a couple of farmer blokes took to their wooden contraptions and in a span of six-seven hours and were able to contrive these divine/otherworldly messages, with their extremely sophisticated mathematical and quantum designs.
When one stands in these crop circle areas with a geiger counter (radiation level guage), one witnesses strange and seemingly abnormal levels. They indicate residual levels of a source unknown.
When one studies the physical components of the plants that have been bent in the crop circle design, one can see that not one plant is broken, not even a molecular level. It seems the stems have been 're-formed'. They now bend in their certain direction as if they naturally were to grow that way.
Well, enough blab from me...please, watch these vids. Then search on Youtube, or Google Video for more information.
It's all real, guys.
