Please, please, please don't forget to read the blog below this!!!! Another amazing experience.
OK...and yet another craft sighting last night. I was riding up the same hill towards my Apt. This glowing object was the same amber colored football like shape as before, traversing great distances in mere seconds. As before, it was flying form the south of the Island. As always, I had looked up to see the constellation Orion (since the sky is so radiant with stars and this road is darker that the rest), this time it was not acting as the object that sat under the 3 stars on the Orion belt as before. It came from the same direction, but flew either much lower or much further away.
Now, more accustomed (once again) to this sighting, I stopped my moped and stood to watch it with tranquil resignation.
To my left (on the other side of the sky) an actual plane was flying by. It definitely had its blinking lights and slower traverse of the sky. I realized just how long of a distance this other bright object travelled.
I spoke to it again, saying things like, "Hey, Hello, Thanks, If you have a message for me please don't scare me tonight, can you send me a dream or telepathy message..." that sort of thing.
I then pulled out my cell phone and called my partner, Raul, whose always eager and supportive. I said that this was a call to report and in a way 'log' this experience. I recanted scene to him as the UFO began to freeze into one spot in the sky!
Just to my left, it stopped and became part of the night star panorama. Anyone would have thought it to be Mars, Venus or maybe Jupiter, leaning in closer than usual.
It proceeded to grow dim, as if folding into itself. As i started my moped again and resumed my journey home, I lost perspective, and could not gauge the position I had seen.
For all I know, it stayed there as a beacon guiding me home.
Later.

SaturdaySpiritual:Amazing Angel Animals
I had a dream last night...one of those dreams that are very real and present (I must have been sleeping with my eyes open). A medium sized dog crawled up onto the bed (yes, in the dream), very gentle and kind. I couldn't tell the species for it was dark in the room. All I remember is that its fur was soft and not too long. I realized its snout was longish. It spoke to me telepathically asking me to give him attention. I asked him his name an he said, "My name is Leaf." I thought...O,K, WHAT do I do now? He was very affectionate, and said he wanted to help me sleep better. He said that he wanted me to pay more attention to animals in shelters. They need more love. He mentioned the name of a place, 'York Ave. Animal Shelter.' Don't know any by that that name. Could it be NYC?
Well, he didn't complain about the shelter, but he said he feared that people don't really get animals. They have supreme consciousness, pure love, and great sensitivity.
I said I would do what I could.
Well, all day the name 'Leaf' stayed on my mind.
Since today is a spiritual address day, I realized at the last minute, how spiritual animals truly are. Symbolically as well as literally.
So, I got on Google, and within seconds found the website that you will see about in the above vid.
On the Angel Animals website, as I was perusing the web pages, my jaw dropped as I fell upon the picture of a lovely dog. I wasn't even so focused on the dream.
Above the video, you will see a picture of a lovely dog called Leaf.
Look on the website, you'll see him.
Talk about synchronicity !
Peace

FridayFringe with Michael Tsarion Pt.1
Wanna sit back and listen to some very interesting radio? Once finished, keep listening to at least part 2.
Read about Michael Tsarion below.
Tomorrow I'll write about something interesting that Amansha says about our dormant DNA.
Enjoy.
Alternative historian and author, Michael Tsarion is an expert on the occult history of Ireland and America. Born in Ireland, he has researched mythologies of the world, as well as his own country's magnificent and mysterious Druidic history. Michael's work considers the consequences to civilization of extra-terrestrial involvement and answers many of the quandaries that have puzzled other "visitation" experts. It clarifies the disinformation about Atlantis and the lost continents of pre-history and it shows that the orchestrated chaos of today's world has roots in ancient times. Looking ahead, Michael offers profound solutions for the future.
Michael returned for a discussion about Irish origins, subversive symbols, his Timegnosis project, and the meaning of 2012. Most people aren't aware of the antiquity of Ireland and its importance in the origins of civilization, he noted. In fact, the roots of Egyptian thought and Christianity actually extend back to the Druids, he contended.
The sun will cross the galactic center on Dec. 21, 2012 according to the Maya, said Tsarion, who added that this time marks the end of the age of Pisces, as well as the end of one entire Zodiac cycle itself. It will bring a cleansing period where the kind of life we're used to will pass away, he believes, with dramatic changes to relationships and domestic structures.
Tsarion described his Timegnosis system, in which he combines numerology with astrology to yield personal "timescopes" that offer daily predictions designed for empowerment. He also shared his theories about the "subversive use" of symbolism in advertising and the media, arguing that a kind of "Psychic Dictatorship" seeks to erode the moral fabric of human beings through symbolic imagery.

ThankfulThursday
Hey,
Thursday's will be ever changing in theme until I run out of 'TH' words to join with 'Thursday'.
So today is all about Appreciation.
As Amansha says, Knowing Love More is an active appreciation of what one values. With Knowing Love More in every moment, we find joy and appreciation in valueing even the slightest breeze, or the tiny ant that is hard at work in its own day, as it runs along beneath you.
If you focus on what you value most (hey, don't make it a big deal...keep it simple), then you may realize all you are truly thankful for. Then you are in KLM....for FHL...
Don't know what those mean?....Read the back logs!!
Hahaa!
Much love,
enjoy:

Of course you should write a book. You have far too many interesting life experiences to not share them with the rest of the world. Because, well, you can't meet and teach nearly as many people as you could in writing, and I feel like I wouldn't want to deny anyone the chance to experience you, and all your wisdom and insight and all that you have to teach. I think that would be robbing people of a potentially enlightening experience. And I honestly don't know the kind of person I would be, were it not for you, and for that experience in Spoleto.

Wednesday Yoga
Hey,
Today's the Yoga day...and I thought I'd get more 'Amansha-ie', or as I sometimes say in my class, 'Hocus-Pocus-ie'.
Seriously, Amansha has a lot to say about her philosophy on Hatha Yoga, at least, and I have faithfully followed her perspective. It wasn't until much later that I read books and even ancient Hindi and Tibetan transcripts that totally corroborate what she has to say. True, her philosophy is very "Star Brethren' bent. But isn't that ultimately our next step?
So, I want to give a taste of her Yoga session info. for today's blog.
Enjoy.
ON YOGA
Sitting in Lotus position or any position akin to it while having hands in prayer position in front of the sternum (Heart Chakra) is actually the more ultimate form of alignment of chakric energies. It was being taught that prayer equaled sublimation, thus making a muddiness of your EM fields. Long ago, when you (as a planetary community of man) ceased to be self-sufficient manifestors, you ceased to be generators of divine radiation. You placed yourself in a position of subservience (literally) to various dogmas and renegade rulers, that eliminated your empowerment and blessed self-centeredness.
Lotus is self-healing and powerful. While sitting or kneeling prostate without the prayer form will disunite your power centers (chakras) and create an opening in the aura for an outside force (physical or otherwise) to vampirize your energy. You then lessen the connection to your source self and relinquish your KLM to another’s control and thus become a conduit…like a battery for an external source. Thus has been the malady of man, to seek empowerment externally, instead of KLM and a full state of gratitude.
You can be left with a constant void within, a vortex that opens in an opposite direction, as a black hole. Looking to others or other things for energy to satisfy one’s emptiness.
Remember, you are born perfect. You are always HERE. There is always Love HERE.
The seated Lotus position in it’s many forms creates a strengthened concentration of EM fields around the Heart (Love), Solar Plexus (Faith), and Hands which are centers for Bestowal (Blessing-Healing-Conitnuation). Hands represent symbolically the power of Hope and Grace. Try this, (HOPE) Hands Operating Primary Energy. This three force connection acts as a powerful fortifier of the other chakras which would already be in tighter operating proximity due to the physical position and stronger intermingling of body vortexes. This concentration of power is the necessary voltage for the 6th and 7th chakras for higher vibratory perception. The first chakra stays connected to the Earth frequency for physical health and 3D equilibrium.
What truly helps the first two chakras to stabilize you, is the BREATH.
The breath is the physical manifestation of divine light into the body. On the most mundane level, it is your sustenance. Your lungs are the initial purifiers and filters, your oxygenation generators, purifying your blood and sending it out to enliven your entire physical body.
xoxo

TuesdayTempleTips

Hey,
I've decided to make Tuesday the 'Love For Your Temple" day, and Thursday will be...well,we'll see.
So, read on about the magic of Celery:
According to Hippocrates (the father of medicine), celery calms the nerve – perhaps because of the high calcium content. It’s good on kidney and will help eliminate body’s waste through the urine. The seeds, leaves and edible root of the plant can all be used. Celery is used in aromatherapy and other traditional way of healing like Ayurveda. In Japan, rheumatic patients are sometimes put on a celery only diet.
1. Eating celery will reduce high blood pressure and give the effect of calmness.
2. Celery clears uric acid from painful joints and may help the treatment of arthritis and rheumatic problems.
3. Celery also helps the kidney an acts an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
4. Another benefit of celery is the fact that you can eat a lot of it without thinking much about your waistline. Celery actually has almost zero calorie.
The use :
1. Grated or raw celery can be used on swollen glands.
2. To reduce high blood pressure, eat celery raw.
3. For those who are trying to reduce their weight, drink celery juice before meals. It will help to suppress the appetite.
Tips :
1. The best taste celery is the one with light green ribs and glossy surface
2. Keep celery away from the coldest areas of your fridge since it freezes easily. You don't want to eat frozen celery, right?

Monday Amansha Says
Sadness and Depression may hit us all in one way or another. Here is an Amansha session where she comments on this state.
You may have to read it more than once...I know I did.
(Note...'FHL' refers to Amansha's explanation of the 'Faith Hope Love' series that maintains our bodies and soul within.)
When depression hits, the immune system begins to weaken. All negative thought patterns (low vibration…not so good feeling) that one may interpret and integrate into herself as belief systems will begin to break down the auric shields and eventually the physical body. That is why one must remember that all which one physically puts into their bodies must reflect a state of realized energy patterns of integrated self-love. How is the food you eat going to be a reflection of how you feel inside? Mind you, we are not in judgment of what is consumed, but a reminder of the belief system around it. Eating a vegetable plate may not be radiating to your highest vibration if you cannot eat appreciatively. We speak here of true frequencies of vibration, not intellectual concepts.
Argue for a limitation in a feeling state of resistance, and see how you integrate that energy field into your auric shield. Fear is what kills the JOY and is counterproductive for the FHL cycle. Fear fundamentally turns the survival aspect of Love (which is to truly live) into it’s opposite, which is evil (live spelled backwards…no accident). Fear attempts to cease the perpetuation of high frequency love vibrations for EVOLVING in this plane of existence (see the word love in there?). It will attempt to take one out of the HERE, which is the constant flow of Love in its true nature of being without space and time. It is fear that creates the illusion of linear time. The ever HERE allows us to realize that all is at once. All is. What one perceives as other times, past or future, exists now, but more so it exists HERE. Fear places one into other time focus instead of the present, thus stripping us of truth and self-empowerment. If you look to the past with love, then it is a loving memory or experience, free of attachment. The fear based remnants of the past that echo on the unconscious realms can quite literally place your mind in a time travel loop that physically begins to manifest into your present here focus. Time travel does exist! Primarily at the event-level of time attached thought.
