Believe it or not, in 1996 I found an interesting book that I will feature in the future, about Kabbalah. I had a dear Isreali friend who told me that many secrets about the origin of man were found in a series of books called the 'Zohar'. I became so fascinated that I went on a search to find all the info about Kabbalah that I could. Yes, I now do wear the red string, and I must tell you that when I continue my meditations and rituals of the 72 names, much of my life IS much less chaotic. Also, I must tell you that this is not a religion. It is more of a science. Or better yet, an understanding of the nature and laws of the universe...just like Amansha teaches. We are magical beings of love and LIGHT.
Amansha says that the 22 letters of what is NOW Hebrew are symbols of the balancing creative forces of the Universe where Love and Light abound. She says the symbols were brought to Earth for us by our Star Brethren for advancement to our galactic birthright.
This vid is almost half an hour...please watch.

Headline&Editorial
I Don't feel the need to pat myself on the back, but I am so thankful to have received a great commentary by a student of mine.
While in the DR I had the priviledge to take David's Amansha Yoga class. I have done yoga off and on for a number of years, but I have never experienced anything like the philosophy of life and body work that I did in David's class. In this form of yoga you are constantly being challenged to examine both your life and your body and the balance between them through the use of varied positions and meditations that until now I had never been guided toward. After every class I begged him to tape them so that I could have access while at my home in the States. If he decides to offer these I not only encourage you to get them, but I can assure you that I will be the first in line.

Thanks Julie!

Thursday'sTempleTips
From the mouth of Amansha I cannot help but offer this to all. While it seems so obvious, it can never be stated enough. Water.
Amansha also talks about the process of 'solarization' in water where the colors of the chakras can be balanced and realigned.
ELECTRIFY
START YOUR DAY WITH ONE TO TWO GLASSES OF ROOM TEMPERATURE SPRING WATER. THEN SIT DOWN COMFORTABLY IN A CHAIR OR SOFA, STRIAGHT BACK AND BOTH FEET ON THE GROUND, AND DO A WAKE-UP BREATHING EXERCISE. WE ARE BEINGS OF LIGHT. THAT MEANS WE FUNCTION ON ELECTRIC OR ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY. WE DON’T JUST BREATHE IN AIR, WE ACTUALLY ALSO BREATHE IN VERY SUBTLE QUALITIES OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVELENGTHS. IT HELPS KEEP THE ENERGY FIELD AROUND OUR BODIES STRONG SO OUR BRAIN AND SPINAL CORD KEEP US FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. WATER HELPS TO GROUND US, WHILE DEEP AND EFFICIENT BREATHING SPARKS US UP, OXYGENATES OUR BLOOD, HELPS US PURGE TOXINS FROM OUR BLOOD STREAM, AND HELPS TO SHARPEN OUR MINDS AND PERCEPTIONS. IT ALSO HELPS TO REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY, PLUS SHARPEN OUR FOCUS FOR OUR MORNING RITUALS. YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO CHOOSE THIS TIME TO MEDITATE OR PEACEFULLY EXERCISE WITH YOGA, CARDIOVASCULAR, OR WEIGHT/MACHINE RESISTANCE TRAINING FOLLOWED BY A LIGHT NOURISHING BREAKFAST. THESE ARE GREAT WAYS TO START THE DAY. SO, GROUND YOURSELF. YOU’VE JUST RETURNED TO PLANET EARTH AFTER A LONG NIGHT’S SOJOURN AFAR. BEFORE BREAKFAST, WAKE UP, ELECTRIFY, AND KEEP DRINKING WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

Hey,
For the last six years I have been privileged to participate in a program called 'Spoleto Study Abroad', it's an American program set in beautiful Umbria, Italy for talented teenagers who are classical musicians, some actors or creative writers, and some who are painters. I have been blessed with a kind of 'carte blanche' curriculum. I teach a class called Creative Foundations, where I apply techniques designed to enhance creative focus in the student...from Yoga, to Alexander Technique, to breathing exercises and meditation. My students learn to identify their unconscious language of symbols and archetypes by a very deliberate form of visualization through meditation. All this Amansha has given me... and I am so thankful to Jill and Lorenzo Muti (as well as Raul) for this great opportunity.
This week I have a comment from Kendra, a past Spoleto student of mine. She sent an amazing message.
Thanks Kendra!
Always remember, you can email me at ovniman@gmail.com
DAVID! This is Kendra (from spoleto like 3 years ago). I figured this was a better way to contact you than email because I think you check it more often. Anyway, I was reading the NYTimes website yesterday and came across this picture of the Tikal ruins in the travel section. Do you remember that first guided meditation we did where I met my spirit guide and then blacked out? And I met him at some kind of mayan temple? It's the temple at Tikal. I'd never seen it before except there. What do you think that means?
Also, I miss you and have so much to tell you! You should email me!

Hey Kendra!
So glad to read from you! I guess John forwarded me to you.
Regarding Tikal...I need to think about this,
but I definitely think that since it was as a result of yor Amansha Pyramid Meditation, that a guide approached you with
this symbolism, so that a deeper part of you should open.
Either it was a past life Mayan signal..or that this guide (I sense as male) was Maya-Incan.
Or both!
PLease lets stay in touch!
Love,
David

Monday Amansha Says
Amansha Says:
The power point is where one can harness productive integration of realized Love in the Now…the ever HERE.
In the HERE one knows love more by ‘nowing’ oneself into present-focused power. Know Love in every moment, for you are always HERE. You are ever safe, whole, and complete when you KLM. You can erase fear and maintain Joy through recognized Faith taking you into the next moment (now). Hope is assured. It is the energy that carries your faith vibration into the next HERE placement as you seek to know love more.
As you constantly realize, integrate, and experience (feel) ongoing manifestation of integrated awareness, you (k)now that you control your thoughts. You (k)now that LIFE is: LOVE IN FAITH EVOLVING!
To be ALIVE is: AWARE LOVE INTEGRATING VISUALIZED EXPERIENCE.
So, what is HOPE? If it comes from the blessing of Faith (FOSTERED AWARENESS IN THOUGHT), then it is the high vibratory frequency of good feeling. It is a vortex of energy that brings further faith and joy and the desire to KLM. (By the way, I invite you to ponder the dynamic of difference between the words: faith and fate)
HARNESSED OPEN POTENTIAL EXPERIENCE (Hope) leading accordingly to an eventual state of Joy-the result of Faith-Hope and LOVE: LIGHT OPENING VIBRATIONAL (VORTEX) ENERGY, and back to Faith, etc. That is real LIFE!
Hope is not reverent patience, for that would denote a sense of focus on lack and over-awareness of the illusion of TIME, which cannot foster Faith. Hope is the sublime detachment from outcomes that can only vibrate from Faith ideally in a state of VWEY&Z.
Erasing fear requires getting in touch with the flow of KLM. Fear is not necessary in 3d terms, as many would argue. The words Care and Compassion can stimulate an adrenal reaction causing heightened awareness of one’s assimilation of the environment, for the right perpetuation of higher vibrations, as in a mother’s ever-present care for her child. It is a safety valve, if you will, that serves to demonstrate the start-power point from which to adjust perspective. The word fear has come to replace those very necessary vibrations that ensure conscious realization of self-preservation.
In faith, we release the need to control our external world for we realize that all begins within the self by our beliefs and feelings, by how we process and integrate our knowledge and in turn redirect our vibrations into our HERE, and that’s how you’re creating your reality constantly, such is your identity. To judge your environment as ‘good’ or’ bad’ is to judge what you have allowed to manifest into your life as already integrated belief systems that have become a part of the fabric of your being. When you realize that you are in control of that personal matrix and that in every HERE you have the power to shift it, you live in FHL and Joy. YOU ARE HERE. WE ARE HERE. AND THERE IS ALWAYS LOVE HERE. In your state of Joy there is Peace. Fear can leave, and the past is gone from HERE. The future will take care of itself for it is always up to you now…HERE.
Now you can do many, many things to begin manifesting your dreams, desires, and allow the source self to manage your life experience accordingly. All you need to is VISUALIZE WITH EXCITED “YES!” AND ZEAL. Live and be that Joy so that you can feel excited about Life. If all is a reflection from within, then we can realize what we do, we do to ourselves. How we treat another is a reflection of how we believe we must treat ourselves and thus be treated. How we allow ourselves to be treated represents our self-bestowed thought frequency and how we believe we must be treated. Change the frequency to Joy and we can reach high vibrating self-loving belief systems.
(to be continued)
