Thursday Thankfulness

INTERROGATE STATE
(or being in a mindful STATE of self-reflection)
EVERY MORNING IS A GOOD TIME TO START PROGRAMMING YOUR BRAIN ONCE ITS ELECTRIFIED. ONE GREAT WAY TO DO THAT IS TO ASK YOURSELF FIVE TO SEVEN MOTIVATING OR EMPOWERING QUESTIONS.THEN OF COURSE, ANSWER YOURSELF WITH REAL THOUGHT AND FEELING. ANSWER YOURSELF FROM YOUR HEART AND GUT. NOT JUST QUICKLY FROM YOUR BRAIN CENTER. THESE QUESTIONS ARE DESIGNED TO PUT YOU INTO A STATE OF MIND THAT WILL HELP YOU START YOUR DAY KNOWING YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU WANT AS YOU DESIGN YOUR LIFE YOUR WAY. FOR INSTANCE (AND TAKE THE TIME TO REALLY LOVINGLY ANSWER THESE TO YOURSELF. DON’T RUSH.)

3) WHAT MAKES ME FEEL GOOD?
4) WHAT AM I HERE TO DO FOR OTHERS?
5) WHAT AM I MOST THANKFUL FOR?
6) WHAT MAKES ME FEEL MOST PASSIONATE?
7) WHAT DOES SUCCESS IN LIFE MEAN TO ME?
ISN’T IT CRUCIAL THAT YOU ARE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT YOU FEEL AND WANT? THE CLEARER IT IS IN YOUR MIND, THE FASTER IT WILL MANIFEST AND PRESENT ITSELF TO YOU IN YOUR REALITY.
